PARTICIPANTS INFORMATION

Our "Light and Legacy" curated wardrobe collection features versatile pieces designed to flatter a range of body types and sizes.

KEEP IN MIND THAT NONE OF OUR GARMENTS ARE MATERNITY CLOTHES BUT WORK FOR BOTH PREGNANT AND THOSE NOT EXPECTING.

Many garments are adjustable or styled to allow flexibility in fit. In your Pre-Session questionnaire, another copy of the catalog will be present. You will also be prompted to select your desired garment, and will be asked a series of brief questions that will help us determine if the piece you desire will work for you.

PETITE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE POLICIES & PERMISSIONS

• I understand this Petite Portrait Experience session includes 30 minutes of photography and 1 portrait.

• I understand my time slot may be slightly adjusted to ensure there are no overlaps.

• Any additional portraits I wish to purchase will be selected during my viewing/selection appointment and are billed à la carte at that time.

• My turnaround time to receive my retouched portrait(s) will be 2-4 weeks from my selection date.

• A non-refundable retainer of $690 +* is required to reserve my session. This fee secures my time slot and the above-listed items included in the session. Parties with more than 4 participants total will be charged an additional sitting according to scale.

  • I understand that I am required to select the appropriate number of participants during the checkout process to reflect the accurate fees associated with my party. Failure to do so may result in the applicable difference being due immediately or forfeiture of my session. No exceptions will be made.

• My pre-session questionnaire is due within 72 hours of receipt. Failure to do so in a timely fashion can lead to forfeiture of your session at the discretion of the studio.

• No wardrobe fittings will occur prior to my reserved session slots.Opt-ing out of service does not alter final price.

• I agree to arrive camera-ready with makeup applied. Our light-touch makeup service for one includes final enhancements and finishing touches by our resident makeup artist to ensure you're radiant. This is not a full makeup application. Light touch-up makeup is a quick, minimal refresh to keep your look flawless and camera-ready—typically involving blotting shine, reapplying lip color, fixing smudges, and brightening small areas like under the eyes or around the nose.Opt-ing out of service does not alter final price.

• I understand that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows

• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in a shortened session, may be rescheduled to the end of the day(depending on availability), forfeiture of session.

• I understand that Legacy & Light clients typically invest between $1,800 and $3,000 on their artwork after their session. l will be shown all my options prior to reviewing my captured portraits — I'll only choose what I love.

Model Release & Photo Usage Permission

Please review the following model release regarding the use of your images for promotional and portfolio purposes.

• I hereby grant Sophia Barrett Studios and its legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself and/or my minor child(ren), for editorial, trade, advertising, and other purposes, in any manner and medium.

• I understand that images may be used in marketing materials, including but not limited to the photographer’s website, social media, portfolio, promotional displays, and printed marketing materials.

• I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images beyond the portrait(s) included in my purchased session.

• I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product or materials where my likeness appears.
